Multi-Age Kindergarten:
- 3/4 years old by September 1st
- 5 years old by December 31st
- must be toilet trained
At the time of Registration the following items are needed:
- Completed registration form
- Up-to-date Immunization Card
- Birth Certificate
- Baptismal Certificate (where applicable)
- Parishioner Status Form
- Medical Information Form
- Textbook Loan Form
- Publicity Release Form
- Latest Report Card (where applicable)
- FACTS Management Form (where applicable)
Student may be interviewed by the Principal and prospective teachers upon request of the school and also submit to screening/testing, as required, for placement.
***All incoming students will be placed on a ten-week probation period.***
